Q. How long does the demo last? Do I need to set up an account first
We generally get through a demo of TimeTap in 20 minutes, but it can take longer if you have additional questions or if you'd like to dive deeper into specific features. When booking your demo time, we recommend to allot at least half an hour for the appointment so we can go through your questions.
You do not need to set up a TimeTap account before the demo. We can use one of our dummy accounts to walk through the application and if you are interested after the call we can take 10 minutes to get your account set up.
Whatever you'd like to discuss during the call, we are happy to oblige! You can always contact our team directly from the number listed on our contact page if you want to ask questions before the scheduled time.
Q. Can I invite colleagues to join the demo?
Absolutely! The more the merrier. Once you schedule your appointment for the demo, you'll receive an appointment confirmation email with all the details on how to connect for the call. That email comes with a calendar attachment so you can quickly add that to your calendar. Simply forward that email to whichever colleagues you'd like to join the call and they can add the calendar attachment as well.
If one of your colleagues cannot make it for your scheduled call time, just have him/her come back to this page and book a different time for a demo. We can walk them through TimeTap's appointment management system separately and you two can convene later with your thoughts.
