The heart of your new website is our innovative online appointment system. You will also get a ‘Make Appointment’ link that you can add to any website or those such as Facebook, Twitter and MySpace.



When you’re with another client, at lunch or away for the day, your appointment book is always available and working for you.

  • Appointment requests are manually or automatically accepted so you can control the process.
  • Clients see only your available times, not your entire schedule. (see example below).
  • Confirmation notices and periodic reminders are automatically sent with email and/or SMS text to reduce no-shows.
  • You can still take appointments directly from your client and add them into your Timetap system in seconds.
  • Notifications can be sent to your email or phone so you know when customer or appointment changes occur the moment it happens.
